Solo Show Proposals from Emerging Artists (2D work only)
For SF Bay Area artists

Artists’ Television Access (ATA) is a San Francisco-based, artist-run, non-profit organization that cultivates and promotes culturally-aware, underground media and experimental art. We provide an accessible screening venue and gallery for the presentation of programmed and guest-curated screenings, exhibitions, performances, workshops and events. We believe in fostering a supportive community for the exhibition of innovative art and the exchange of non-conformist ideas. For more information about ATA, please visit ATA is looking for Bay Area emerging artists who work in 2D for a series of solo or two person shows.

We host a new one or two person show every month, with an opening or closing reception for each artist. Due to the practical constraints of being an all volunteer run space, we do not keep regular gallery hours. However, artwork will be on display for all ATA events. Artists are responsible for installing and deinstalling their work. We do have a very small budget that you can put towards the cost of installing your work or towards paying for refreshments at your reception. This is a great opportunity for Bay Area emerging artists to have a solo show at a long-standing nonprofit art space. Submission is FREE!

Submission Process: Please include all three of the following in an email to 1. A brief proposal (max 3 paragraphs) describing your work and the show that you would like to put on. Please make sure tailor your statement to the body of work you would like to show. 2. 6-10 300 dpi images of your work. If you have a website please include a link as well. 3. An Artist Resume. We look forward to seeing your work!
