Santa Clara County Valley Medical Center Women & Children's Center
For California artists

Experienced artists are invited to be considered for opportunities to create a signature identity for the exterior of Santa Clara County Valley Medical Center’s new Women and Children Center (WCC).

Developing a landmark facade will distinguish the WCC building from others on campus, elevate the entry experience and support way-finding, important features for the general public and patients potentially in the midst of crisis. The total art project budget is $1,000,000 funding multiple commissions. The minimum commission award will be $250,000.

Submission Deadline: August 22, 2016
Installation: Winter 2017
