Community Arts Manager

The Community Arts Manager is an experienced, energetic and talented professional who leads ARTS Creating Vibrant Neighborhoods Initiative.  This is an excellent position for a highly qualified Project Manager seeking to serve in a pivotal position as ARTS embarks on the installation of 30 community art projects in a 3 mile radius of the ARTS Center over 3 years with a $1.4M budget.  This position works with city staff, community artists, contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality, community-engaged community installations and performances while remaining on budget and timeline. This person must work well in a strong team culture that values a commitment to excellence, and embraces artistic expression and creativity.

Compensation:  ARTS provides a generous compensation package, including medical, dental, vision and life insurance; a non-matching 401k-retirement plan; as well as paid leave and holidays. The salary for this position is $45,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
