Production Associate
Teacher's Curriculum Institute (TCI)

What You Will Do:

The Production Associate works within the Production department and alongside the Content Development and Software teams to bring teacher lessons and student materials to life in TCI's online subscription and print by:

  • Hand coding and styling teacher presentations in TCI's online HTML5 tool.
  • Creating print materials for teachers and students using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working with images, art, audio, and video files within an online and print environment.
  • Pairing with content developers to refine digital and print products.
  • Entering online student activities, games, and content into TCI's online subscription tools.
  • Making functionality recommendations to the software team to ensure the best delivery of content.
  • Communicating regularly with all team members to ensure that content is accurate, roadblocks are identified, re-work is minimized, and deadlines are met.

Skills and Expertise:

  • 2+ years with writing basic HTML code and inline styling.
  • 2+ years using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Experience hand-coding with Chrome Developer Tools.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and communicate with technical and non-technical staff.
