Arts education in California classrooms is receiving some much needed attention by a group of educators, artists, and business leaders through the Core Reforms Engaging Arts to Educate coalition, known as CREATE CA. See how their work is paying off for our students.

Attention Los Angeles friends! Bring the entire family to enjoy and celebrate the sounds, sights, and traditions of Latino art and culture at Target Feria de la Familia this Sunday, September 22. Highlights include: music and dance on Target Stage; art activities for youth in Plaza's courtyard and patio; storytelling, puppets, films, and a student art exhibition in the Margo Albert Theatre; and dance on the Willie Velasquez Outdoor Stage. And be sure to stop by the California Arts Council Arts Plate bus at Lincoln Park!
