New report tackles race and bias in nonproft sector

The Building Movement Project has released a new report that seeks to uncover the reasons behind the underrepresentation of people of color within nonprofit leadership roles. Based on a survey of more than 4,000 participants, Race to Lead: Confronting the Nonprofit Racial Leadership Gap suggests organizations take a deep look at internal, unconscious biases within the workplace.
