Disaster Relief Resources for CA Artists & Communities

Since 2015, the California Arts Council has maintained a webpage dedicated to resources for Californians who have been affected by recent natural disasters in our state. Click here for current information. This page is regularly updated as new information becomes available.

Performing Arts Readiness offers capacity-building webinars

The Performing Arts Readiness project is a three-year project funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation developed to address the vulnerability of performing arts organizations to emergencies and disasters that can damage business operations and artistic legacy. The project is offering a series of free webinars to help build the field’s capacity for emergency preparedness, disaster response, and community recovery. Current offerings begin August 23 and run through November. Click here for the event calendar and registration info.
