Opportunity: Public Art Consultant RFP

We're seeking proposals from public art consultants to work with us on a small part-time contract basis beginning this May. The individual or firm selected will work with the California Arts Council staff in an advisory and project management role to assist the agency in developing and responding to the public art needs of the State of California, and other related projects.

Levi Lowe: Two-Time CA Poetry Out Loud State Champion

Levi Lowe, a senior at Sonora Union High School in Tuolumne County, took first place in the 2017 California state finals of Poetry Out Loud on March 13 and will represent the Golden State in Washington, D.C. at the national finals next month.
