OMCA is embarking on an $85M multi-year comprehensive campaign. The Campaign Coordinator is responsible supporting leadership with research and administrative duties related to donors and prospects, organizing and updating campaign materials, correspondence, and reports, and assisting with general fundraising office and campaign-related activities. This individual's work will enable our frontline fundraisers to maximize their time on solicitation activities, while making sure that donors, funder prospects, committee members and trustees are supported.

  • Maintain campaign meeting calendar and coordinate the execution of tours, formal presentations, and related follow-up communication
  • Coordinate the execution of campaign cultivation events in collaboration with the Events Program Manager
  • Organize and update campaign communication materials, working in conjunction with Marketing and Communications staff
  • Coordinate campaign communication projects including written correspondence, proposal preparation, and production of printed and electronic materials, announcements and mailings
  • Maintain and gather institutional documents needed for grant requests
  • Maintain inventory of recognition opportunities
  • Provide administrative support to the full CPIA Center
  • Provide administrative assistance to and assist in coordinating the work of the Board Advancement Committee; including preparation of meeting notices, hand-outs, and minutes
  • Prepare status reports, honor rolls, and other updates, including endowment, annual report, donor wall, and campaign specific reports and recognition
  • Initiate purchase orders for and track general center and campaign expenses
Gift Research & Coordination
  • Research donor prospects and produce confidential donor profiles and research reports as directed
  • Manage prospect moves for campaign and prepare prospect briefings for solicitation team
  • Set up and maintain confidential campaign prospect and donor records—including for bequests
  • Ensure that gifts and pledges are accurately tracked in Raiser's Edge by the Database Systems Analyst and reflect the donor's intent
  • Develop and produce accurate and timely reports of campaign progress to date and solicitor activity, using Raiser's Edge and other software
  • Generate appropriate pledge/gift documentation and acknowledgements
  • Reconcile campaign gift records with financial accounting records


A combination of experience and education that demonstrates possession of the necessary knowledge and abilities for this position is required as noted:
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • B.A. degree in related field preferred
  • 2-4 years relevant experience required
  • Principles and practices of individual fundraising, including donor research, moves management, and donor stewardship
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Raiser's Edge, and social media platforms for donor engagement
  • English, fluent in both spoken and written form
  • Available to work weekends and evenings as needed
  • Relational database experience required; Raiser's Edge preferred

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently exposed to the following:
  • Noise, such as groups of people working in enclosed areas
  • Typical office environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
